OP. your daughter's clothes are cute. It may not be everyone's style. But those who had to use half a dozen nasty words to insult your style are clearly mentally disturbed. Yes , they are the ones who care about the labels. Otherwise why bother puking out so much anger about a set of toddler's clothes? You need to stop responding to the posters and let this thread die. People are sensitive about price tags, even if they deny it. If they don't care, this thread will never be this long.
OP here and ITA! I could never have worded it this nicely. Thanks. And actually this is the reason for this thread. Women like the haters here are the ones making comments on my children's clothing.
It's time for you to decide whether you want to talk about clothing or not. Every time somebody points out that they are not impressed by the way you dress your kids you suddenly decide that your child's outfits should be of no interest to anyone. But of course it was you who started the whole topic and thrown quite a few insults towards those who are not as stylish as you imagine yourself to be; just a few pages ago you posted your daughter's outfit. As a matter of fact that outfit reveals that your style has a long way to go. It's not a big deal; those things can be learned if you want to learn them. But you act (with no basis whatsoever) like some well-established fashion authority here - we can talk about fashion but only if we agree with you. That is not going to fly.
OP here. I never claimed to be fashion savvy and I never used one word to insult anybody or their style. I think you're confused. I'm actually more like the PP who mentioned having a hard time putting stuff together. I buy stuff is already set up and I'm pretty happy with the results. I was just wondering why some people like to talk about price tags of children clothing when they don't know the person they're talking to.
If you like preppy clothing (and it seems that you do) check out Ralph Lauren. It's classier, more toned-down. Prices are similar to J&J.
