Might be a dumb question but the new pay scale is totally new to me.[/quote] Under the current compensation agreement, SEC gets whatever the GS raise is, plus an additional percentage (can’t recall the exact amount, but it’s somewhere in the 2-3% range). Big caveat is that our raises don’t take effect until late April, rather than January. PP is correct that there is some sort of deadline for being on board during the prior year to get the full raise but I think pretty much everyone gets at least something. [/quote]
