Mine, too. Hours and hours - including the site kicking her back out into the queue when she had floor seats in her shopping cart. Even I cried that day, and I’m not a Swiftie. She was devastated.

I get it. It's super disappointing and you can't escape seeing it all over the place all the time. I am a huge swiftie and have managed to get tickets for past shows by doing the work (signing up for pre-sale, queing on ticketmaster etc) and I didn't even get a pre-sale code this this, so was completely shut out. I somehow got tickets through the friend of a friend (three weeks before my show) so I hope somehow it happens for your daughter. If you have a pre-sale code there are last minute ticket drops before the shows. There is also a twitter account that only allows resales at face value @ErasTourResell - I messaged everyone selling tickets to a show i can make it to and wasn't successful, but there are success stories.
