The smugness of people who got face-value tickets is vomit-inducing. I had a pre-sale code too. I sat in the queue for 8 hours too. So did a lot of people. NP here, but I sympathize with the PP. My DD is just heartbroken. She has tremendous perspective on life, having suffered a few pretty major hardships, so it's not like she doesn't get it. But still, she feels that Taylor is an incredibly important part of her life, much of that having to do with some of the things she endures and understanding how important music, including Taylor's, is to her. It's gotten to the point where I can't even listen to the music without getting so mad. How Ticketmaster allowed milions of bots to buy up those tickets and then not just suspend the resale of them is beyond me. This price gouging could have been dealt with. People are just awful.
