[/quote] Downtown Solver Spring is literally on the DC border so that is a substantial disadvantage over having to drive a couple miles down Wisconsin and hope not to get caught. MCPD are lately positioning a cruiser at the Saks so if they get a call it’s possible that they could cut off and stop any carjacker before they reach Western Avenue. In downtown Silver Spring they can cross into DC multiple ways and rather quickly and effortlessly. [/quote]
