Agreed. I'm an Independent and in some ways, one would think I'm conservative because of all these things; pro-police, strong border control, thinks trans women have no place in women's sports.. However, I am pro-choice and very much pro-gun control. I feel like I don't have a home in either party. [/quote]

DP.  You seem unable to comprehend what the PPs are saying.  They ARE choosing based on THEIR most critical issues.  I'm wondering when you will come to the realization that YOUR most important issue is not everyone else's - not by a long shot.  For someone who no doubt spends 100% of your time braying about accepting people's differences, you seem to have an awfully hard time accepting the fact that we're all entitled to our own opinions.
