What new detail about Tiger could this woman reveal that would surprise anyone? Tiger’s image has been thrash since Elin took a golf club to the car! Everybody knows who he is! She lived with him rent free for 6 years and most likely had an allowance during that time, it is now over. If she wants to continue living that lifestyle she needs to find another mark. This is not revering or defending Tiger.
Quit her career to be with him–so no income, no fringe benefits, and no career advancement–and "rent free" in his home just means she was not building equity in her home while homes in the area were doubling in value in that time frame. It made it a retrograde setup where she was powerless and financially insolvent. He controlled everything. And they weren't married and no kids. He had all the power; by design, of course. And at her age, she has now probably lost what was left of her fertility. There was nothing "free" about being used by this immature sociopath for six years and thrown to the curb like trash.
I am confused. Do we have a right to make their life choices or do they not. This woman made a chose to everything you wrote. Is that not her rightful choice. Who are you to now say she should not have been given that choice to make?
I think he targets women he can control. And she didn’t really have a choice in quitting her job, as he owned the restaurant. I’m sure quitting was part of the original NDA she signed.
Are you saying there was only one restaurant in Florida she could get a job. Doesn't sound like she had a career to give up if that's the case/ He did not control her. She allowed his wealth to woo her, so she allowed herself to be controlled by Other People's Property
Can she now go back to her old management job at his restaurant for the same ~ $80,000 salary she was making? That is what workplace sexual harassment is. The rich "boss" took advantage of the situation as the owner of the restaurant and disrupted her career. I'd love to know precisely when he made a move on her, when they first got intimate, when she signed the NDA, and when she resigned from the management job. I highly doubt he's springing NDAs on women from the first handshake, which obviously opens him up to liability here. You don't screw the help and your employees, especially for years on end and end it like a dirtbag. A creep like him preys on the help because they're easy to control, so he ought to pay. I don't know what dollar amount is fair, but he ought to pay something.
That is not what sexual harassment is. When people make these stupid statements, it really devalues women who have actually suffered from sexual harassment. Just stop.
