He will be 18 in a few weeks and the baby’s mother is 16.  The age of consent in CO is 17.  She was 15 at the time of conception.  There’s no discussion about how he may have committed statutory rape. Boebert’s mother was 18 when B was born and dropped out of high school.  Boebert herself was famously a teen mother and dropped out.  Most decent people want their children to have better lives.  Amazing that this woman can write our laws.
