Honestly, this disproportionately affects Black and Brown students.  For all the talk about Equity, it’s clear that MCPS doesn’t really even care about the Black and Brown students who DO come to school to learn.  [/quote]

Making schools safe again and ending mainstreaming are two completely different things. Most mainstreamed kids are great and 100% should be in the classes. However, there are unsafe children who are both coded and not who 100% should not be in the classes because they make the classes dangerous. Let’s make sure we try to push for safer classrooms without putting down children with disabilities.[/quote]
