Our neighbor (who owns one of these) mentioned to us he thought his water heater was broken, because the water was only getting luke warm. We asked if he had tried turning it up. He had no idea one could do that. Same guy didn’t know where the main water shutoff for the house was. And it’s not like he just moved in or was new to homeownership. [/quote]
