Left lane is for passing. If cars you your right are passing you need to move the F over. Why don't MD drivers get this? they create walls of traffic because drivers go the same speed in all lanes. I live in VA but work in MD so yes, getting the hell out of MD and away for it's crappy drivers at the end of the day does put me in a hurry.
