Try reading the last line of my post, “sport.” The knowledge required is regarding removal — i.e., knowingly removing the documents from where they are properly stored without requisite authority. That is established here based on both presidents’ own statements. I am a lawyer, but one doesn’t need to be in order to Google statutes. Stop talking out of turn and making up provisions.[/quote]

The brief accounts I've read about the packing up of Biden's office note that he was was working - doing his job as Vice President - right up until January 20. And that he may not have even been in the United States when things were packed up. So please argue the facts, counselor.[/quote]
