Traffic on 16th won't become lighter. Volumes on 16th will progressively grow worse over time. So will traffic on Oregon, Blagden, and Broad Branch. Eventually, NPS will reverse this decision. It's only a matter of time.[/quote]

This is BS.  I have a car, but I almost never take it downtown.  Traffic sucks and parking is expensive.  Instead, I ride metro, bus, or my bike.  The only long-term solution to traffic is for people to stop regularly commuting by car.[/quote]
