They are in the public eye and under tremendous pressure to stay as beautiful as they were in their 20s, which is impossible. If they get the surgeries, people will comment on how weird they look and -sigh- they used to be so beautiful. Our culture and its manufactured standards of beauty and worship of youth chews women up and spits them out. And the truth is, it's really just about money.
