I think he went off the rails after the conversation with Kim. Now he is just angry and lashing out. I don’t like this arc for him , especially when he almost hit the one guy in the head- I was thinking that what Jimmy would really do is just schmooze him, be like “oh you’re awake! I was just heading out since you passed out on the floor after we came back for the night cap! Crazy night!!” Not murder him. [/quote]

My take on that scene was that he was going to dump the dog's ashes on the drunk guy to temporarily blind him while he (Jimmy) ran outside.  I just can't picture Jimmy trying to kill (or even hurt) anyone.

He was definitely going to hit him on the head with the urn, then was about to strangle Carol Burnett. Carol saying that she trusted him seems to have snapped him out of this dark, dark place.[/quote]
