To be frank, I think that a lot of prior investigations resulted in nothing, not because there was nothing- see Muller Report- but BECAUSE of his position. The very argument you are making has benefited him over the past X years since he announced. There comes a point though, where the damage he inflicts on the country is > than the damage potential from charging him.

The problem is that he has a cult-like following and his cult so readily believes in the rule of law until it is applied to them. See abortion. See voter fraud. See DUI. See embezzlement. See ""welfare queens". [/quote]
