I am so blessed to encounter this thread. At the cusp of a major move… I don’t want to regret it. Help? Thank you for your compassion!
Hello! So I feel it will be very important for you to learn the difference between your intuition and your anxiety. Change, especially major change, can trigger our fears and can cause us to question everything. Calm your rational mind and call upon your intuition for help. Utilize free guided meditations online. While you may worry about what you are learning behind, I feel like the unknowns worry you the most. I feel like the biggest unknown could be in regards to a big change in lifestyle. So for example, if you are agnostic, you are moving to a religious town…or if you are a democrat, moving to a very red state. If that is the case I do feel some of that will come into play once you arrive, but you are savvy enough to eventually find your people. I feel the need to say that this will be about what you make of it. The card I pulled that represents your current energy is the King of Wands in reverse. The idea of this move is a lot for you and while you are normally an adventurous collected person, you are out of your comfort zone. There is a sense of this having a message of growth for you mentally. Perhaps moving somewhere where people are quite different from yourself could help you to become less polarized…as an example. What takes us out of our comfort can have the biggest impacts on our life for the better. In regards to the move itself, I pulled the 4 of Pentacles. I think the closer you get to the move, the more you will try to see the positive in it, but I sense you will be sort of suppressing and using that positivity as a way to convince yourself you are making the right decision. Staying positive is awesome, but not if it is making you shove everything else down. As I looked at this card, I noticed she had the run for Othala on her earring and I decided to look up it’s meaning. I saw this when I searched for it’s meaning and felt it is something that may be good for you to hear “ Othala tells that in search for better life, we have to use our inherited, sometimes unconscious knowledge and manage wisely the resources that are available to us. Act noble and you will be noble!”. The cards I pulled in regards to the place you are moving are the Page of Swords sideways and temperance sideways. I don’t always read cards like this but for you it felt necessary. I think once you get to where you are going, there will be a good period of uncertainty and questioning. Being sideways, I think it can go either way, but again it is going to come down to you and how you choose to see the situation. If it’s bad at first, will you immediately be down on it, or will you try and find what could be good, even though you are a stranger in a strange land? Temperance is about balance, patience, not rushing things and this too came out sideways. The place you are moving being in the future position means that what happens once you move is up to you and your perspective. Be negative and you will have regrets, be positive and you may be surprised at what you can find!
