[/quote] So let's hypothetically say this 10-year-old wants to and can carry this baby to term. Is she now the legal guardian of this baby or is she now forced to give it up for adoption legally? So does she truly not have any rights in this situation? What if her parents or family do not want to keep it and let's be honest if they had their 10-year-old in a situation to get pregnant, they probably shouldn't keep the baby. Is the 10-year-old out of this abusive situation? If she is, can she take the baby with her and raise it if she wants to? It doesn't seem to me. The state should be able to force her to give a baby up for adoption after they forced her to carry it to term. [/quote]
