I read that and they only mentioned the one brand someone’s child needed. I googled it and Walmart on line was out of it, but suggested another brand.  Maybe doctors can come up with a list of comparable brands and make a website.  WM listed all the ingredients.  The formulas are expensive though, like $177 for three cans of powder.  These articles certainly should list the brands people need. If there were a be on the lookout list, I’d donate some if I found it locally. Maybe food banks could organize formula drives.[/quote]
I don't think you understand how severe the situation can be. For some of these infants, it's not about comparable brands. They will only tolerate one brand (often after months of trial/error with extreme weight loss/dehydration etc). The alternative is starvation.
