Langley is publicly funded and I cannot send my kid there. He is not zoned for Langley. A kid who is at Herndon cannot attend Langley because that kid isn't zoned for Langley. Hell, a kid zoned for Langley cannot attend Herndon, just to be fair.

So yeah, not seeing your point here. If your child qualifies, then they can apply. They may or may not be selected. There are limited seats, just like there are limited seats at Langley or McLean or Justice or any of the high schools.
