Who knew that Department of Homeland Security is paying this firm in Herdon, VA for the GPS data gleamed from Apps on every American's phone- total 4th Amendment Violation committed millions of times a day- and FOR WHAT ??

And who has access to this data : DHS guys who use it to track their GF's, psycho employees who give PII on American children to ME Informants in return for drone strike Intel .
