I have no idea but God have mercy on all these victims of war crimes. May God help Ukraine to prevail against these unimaginable evils.

I know Ukraine and outside international human rights groups are methodically documenting incidents of war crimes. I hope that it is declared genocide soon and these barbarians are brought to Justice as quickly as possible. It will take time though, which the innocents trying to escape do not have.

UN peacekeepers are just third country troops with a blue hat.  The UN does not have a standing army.  They also don't fight back.  They take a long time to source and equip.  They need approval from the Security Council.  In short.  It would take awhile, they wouldn't do anything and they wouldn't be approved because of Russia.  They're only useful after a peace deal for disarmament, demobilization and reintegration.[/quote]
