They were together something like 11 years and "infertile" when they adopted those 2 kids who have now disowned her since she freed herself from the church. She broke free and...they both (Tom and Nicole) had 1 and 2 biological kids within a year or so. She seems pretty "normal" and has really flourished, but a) I can't imagine her pain that those kids consider her a "suppressive person" and won't make any contact b) I just want to know about those 11 years. Katie wisened up faster and got her daughter out (in like, a SWAT team attempt to escape), and her daughter is a "suppressive person" who hasn't seen her dad in like 7 years. It's just so bizarre. I would absolutely love to know the details of the bolded above, but I'm not entirely surprised that Martin Holmes was able to put this together. It's called working outside the system with good people you trust, everyone keeping their mouth shut, and luck. Now how all that came together is something I would like to read.[/quote]
