Also correct: nobody (social workers, doctors, other family members, etc) other than a judge can make the decision to override the aunt's decisions about whether to accept care, and it's nobody's fault that they aren't doing what they can't do. Even if other people think they should, and even if those people feel pushed into a difficult spot. This is just a bad situation.[/quote]
