Just stating facts, my dude. We can all agree here that the house is horrendous and a major swing and a miss — I think that’s quite obvious to anyone with an ounce of taste, but to insist that this is an example of a flip is just plain silly. This is a new construction — rather than a ground up new construction it’s a foundation up new construction plus a sizable addition. [/quote]
