It’s just things.  Prosecuting these victimless crimes serves no societal good.  It only serves to break up families (I thought republicans were pro-family values) and then creates at risk youth.  In effect we should decriminalize these actions so as not to affect the futures of the people caught up in it.

There can never be dignity when you give these people money for nothing and you expect absolutely nothing from them in terms of behavior, you just expect that they’re going to act like zoo animals. The way to dignity is with standards and work so they can have pride in their behavior and what they have done.
