You are all showing off your ignorance.  Students who graduate from a DC high school - any school, public or private - qualify for the DC Tuition Assistance Grant (TAG), which provides $10,000 towards tuition at any public college in the country.  This is a great deal for DC students and families.[/quote]

NP but I am not sure that I understand the joke? Someone asked a question and all of the responses seem to be correct?

- DC has no reciprocity for in-state tuition
- Bowser does not prioritize higher education and the DC government budgets a substantially lower percentage of its budget to higher education than any state
- The Federal government provides a benefit to DC residents for a $10k grant towards tuition at a state university anywhere in the county.
