True except the high needs fields in teaching are becoming even more high needs! We need the good special education, math, and science teachers. 
I know several teachers who are leaving for a career change and mental health workers too but I also know that plenty are leaving for other school districts. I just hope this doesn't have bear any weight on the Fall school year.[/quote]
