Some that I know moved due to the pandemic and don’t plan to move back, some are choosing to stay home with kids for a few years, some are applying to other districts in the area and some are leaving the profession. A lot of teachers are dissatisfied with DCPS so transferring schools wouldn’t help that issue.[/quote]
