No, no it’s not. Drive yourself to the nearest grocery store, buy fresh fruits and vegetables and lean proteins, drive back home and cook them yourself. Do not go to Taco Bell or McDonald’s or Starbucks on the way home. Et voila.[/quote]

And I’ve seen some of the grocery stores they do have; it’s truly wretched. I wouldn’t eat the produce sold there, either.[/quote]

True, but OP doesn't live in a food desert.  She likely lives in a middle class area, in which she feels "90% of the [food] choices are bad."  OP exaggerates and refuses to take responsibility for her own poor decisions.[/quote]
