If you’d been to any anti-bias/anti-racism training at all, you’d know that “reverse racism” (aka racism against white people) doesn’t exist. It’s one of the first things they teach you. Racism benefits white people, whether they choose to acknowledge that is up to them. Racial prejudice against white people exists but it is not racism because it exists in the absence of a socialized power structure that results in oppression of the whole group. #facts [/quote]
