Put all the Janney kids into the lowest performing school east of the river and like magic, the test scores would go up 75%, suspensions down, PTA fundraising in triple digits. So now its a "good school"--put the East o the River kids in Janney and now its a "bad school"--folks its not the buildings of the teachers, its systemic poverty, lack of parenting, multi generational poverty and dysfunction.
