They only way they can find another $50-100 million is to raise taxes and I doubt that will happen based on the current economic climate.[/quote] That's not the only way... e.g., they could "find" $36 million of it by just reassigning one or two ES from the West Potomac pyramid to the Mount Vernon pyramid.[/quote]
