FCV and Loudoun never merged. They had an agreement is all. Short term at that too. Nobody will merge with STJ because it will mean giving up full control; they will not settle for any less.[/quote]

FCV continued taking their players without  a real partnership and Loudoun applied for ECNL during the DA vs ECNL battle created by US Soccer and got it. [/quote]
