OTOH if I read about a child who had a high interest in a specific subject (i.e. bridges), work samples included the child's bridge designs, parent and teacher commentary included how the child was always researching bridges and how the child even got into a little trouble for building bridges during class time, I might think this child "needed" aap for i.e. the flexibility in learning, specialized teachers, etc.  [/quote]
