US Taxapayers pay for supplies.
Federal Government intercepts supplies.
Middlemen gain control via Federal Contracts approved by Kushner.
Middlemen sell to highest bidder.
Middleman pays Kushner the vig.
US Taxpayers get nothing.
State taxpayers have overpaid but X-fold.[/quote]
