Start treating your good coaches with respect give them the money they deserve so that they stay and build on the talented core players they have. Oh... and something that everyone has noted VDA, stop just focusing on the boys side and put a little effort in showcasing your girls side on social media and give them a landscape that makes them feel important to.. I mean we are living in 2019 right? As for us if things don’t drastically change we are leaving. Every club has there issues but at lest it would be more organized then this BS.
