LMAO SOMEONE SAID ALEX..... that guy is the worst. VDA is a joke because of him there is only his fav 4-5 that want him to stay. This club if they don’t figure things out quick will lose all the top players except for the favorite 1/2 that they put all there chips on will leave next year. Not because they are losing but because the stupid club is unorganized, listens to Rec coaching from Alex who thinks he knows the players and decides if they are good or not while making sideline comments to sway all the other coaches to do what he wants them to do to make sure his select few stays in the lime light. I repeat if this club doesn’t start changing the way the develop the players and start paying attention to playing the right way and treat these players as elite individuals that deserve the right training (not just mini scrimmages every practice) a curriculum that teaches how to play out the back and have vision and some F***** time spent going over game tape, talking about the games and how they can do better or spending time at showcases actually getting the teams unified instead of drinking and bitching about how we aren’t winning when it all stems from the top down... next year most of the teams would be lucky to keep half there teams together. People are done and it’s in every age group. People joke about why people run from VDA but the truth is because the management has no clue how to manage and instead of making a deference they sit up there on there high horses and blame the kid’s.. Guess what? If all age groups are losing it’s not the kids it’s the damn coaching..  get good coaches back and run a good program stop listening to the losers who have had absolutely no success like a alex coaching at PWSI and now VDA..
