I've done other indoor cycling for about 15 years and have always been annoyed with not really understanding what effort the instructor is asking for. I also think the videos will keep me engaged for way longer than just a stationary bike where I need to find other classes. It probably is overpriced, but it also has me working out regularly, which I wasn't doing before.[/quote]
