Just because I empathize doesn't mean I don't think she deserves a harsh punishment. As a mother with a kid who struggles, I understand the desperation (or the feeling of it... when you see your kid struggling). My daughter has beat herself up so much about "not being as smart as XX", getting frustrated because it takes her longer to get it, etc... Cheating won't fix that. Newsflash... I can empathize and still want her face very harsh consequences.[/quote]
