I miss France so much. Where it's ok to flirt with the opposite sex, and be friends with the opposite sex. Gives a boost to the day to flirt. Doesnt mean you are DTF. Suburban America reminds me of Saudi Arabia in comparison.
I've never lived in n France but this sounds ideal. I miss being able to talk to men b.c of jealous wives.
Doubtful they've lived in France, lol. No one thinks you shouldn't talk to married men, that's ridiculous. Flirting and trying to have relationships not work related is what was said.
I want to have non-work related relationships with men outside of work. My DH'S friends specifically. They are fun! But if I try to talk to them...there's drama with the wives
If you're wanting to do stuff without your DH, or their wives isn't that kind of tacky. Of course that's frowned upon. Do couples like most married people - nothing wrong with that.
Even if I go and join the men on the deck at a couple's party, with my DH get mean-mugged and they have to come and hug all over their husbands. I guess I'm supposed to sit with the basic women and talk about the Kardashians
That's not a big deal, but you should let the guys do what they want among themselves. There's a reason guys and women separate at dinner parties. Don't be rude.
Sometimes we see guys that were MY college friends! I've known them since I was 19! And yes I want to rag on them when the Caps lose to the Pens. (DH and I met in college so we have the same friends.) And the other group of friends were DHs work friends from right out of college and I've known them way before they got married!! But I shouldn't talk to them????
