What matters is what the majority of other buyers think. The houses are not selling and sitting a long time because of all the REASONS that other potential buyers listed.

Are you living in an alternate reality? There are fewer than 20 listings right now, out of about 3,000 homes. If you don’t like the neighborhood that’s fine, but at least engage with facts. [/quote]
