I just received word from the park managers that all fields will be closed tomorrow so all games will be cancelled. This means that we understand that the u18's and u19's will not want to travel for just one game on Sunday so we are not planning on having games in those two divisions at this time. For any teams that have already arrived in the area, please contact your age group coordinator, Sandor Slager, and we will see what we can do for those individual teams.

For all other age groups, we will make a final decision regarding the weekend by 12:00 noon tomorrow and send out an updated notice. Please note that the revised schedule for Saturday is currently on-line and I am working on revising Sunday's schedule hopefully by this evening. I am in the process of moving as many games to turf fields as possible.

For the u16's and u17's you will have another game on Sunday besides the current game listed on Saturday.

MoCo Sports has sent a message to all hotels about the Friday cancellation and asking that they be as lenient as possible in allowing the u18 and u19 teams who have not arrived to cancel their reservations.

I know everyone is disappointed, as I am after spending the last six months preparing for this event, but the weather is out of my control. This is the first time in 15 years that we have had these cancellations. I am still committed to try and complete the tournament for the u17's and younger age groups and will do everything possible to make this happen.
