Completely agree.  I thought it was great when Toby had his outburst.  He was right - even though I personally think their decision to do IVF is stupid and dangerous - it's THEIR decision.  I liked that he set them all straight.  He's known them now for some time, and I don't think it was inappropriate for him to speak his mind, especially about something so personal.

And yes - Kate needs to lose that weight.  At this point, it's just ridiculous and all I can think in every scene she's in, is that she's going to keel over and have a heart attack.  It's so unhealthy.[/quote]
