uh no.. according to the RFP, MCPS will downselect bidders and they'll be asked to present their sample materials sometime in OCtober. According to the Q&A, included in this evaluation are "Potential outside stakeholders that may evaluate proposals alongside MCPS staff include MCPS union leaders and  collegiate partners with context expertise.  Additionally, a wider stakeholder group includes the above mentioned 
as  well  as  students,  parents,  and  parent  group  representatives  will  participate  in  the  vendor  presentations.    All reviewers will be required to follow the MCPS ethics and conflict of interest policies."[/quote]

well, the timeline quoted is from MCPS's website.  So sounds like the RFP contradicts the website.[/quote]
