I am NOT blaming the victim. Just an observation here. Plenty of my friends go out in the most ridiculous attire even in obviously not safe scenarios - one regularly goes jogging through a warehouse area near train tracks. Another wore body shorts to jog in Mumbai. It's situational awareness and many women in general (but fair in particular) don't have it. [/quote]
