I read in the NYT that Asian parents were giving their children less typically Asian names, but what happens to a kid that blatantly lies on race? It’s not like the school can try to prove the kid is a liar, or is there a recourse? Just curious what type of consequences there are and how schools would attempt to investigate and prove the kid lies. (Note, I’m not advocating anyone do this, honestly just curious)[/quote]
