Can someone give me a balanced reason why school administrators [everywhere] don't seem to care who attends the schools they run? Is it hyper-political correctness? Do they only care about the bottom line, ergo more revenue via inflating headcount by any means necessary? Or do their own kids rarely attend the district they run, so they just don't care? I suspect it's about inflating revenue, with top priority of keeping pensions funded, but I'm really not sure. You see this exact same type of posture in public school administration everywhere.
What gave you that idea?
DP.. I think there are different things at play here. There is the approach of avoiding kids go from school to jail pipeline. If they kick those kids out of school, the kids have a much more higher chance of ending up in jail. IMO, I think all kids deserve a chance, BUT, there is a point where those kids shouldn't be in schools with the rest of the kids. IMO, I think those kids need rigid structure like military school. If the are not legal residents here, yes, they should be deported. If they are old enough to be in a gang and commit violence, they are old enough to fend for themselves in their home country.
