Np. Give pure barre a chance. I’d give it a good month to really get used to the classes/ moves/lingo. It works! I’m a pure barre addict.
Yeah, no. I'm glad you love it so much, but for multiple reasons it is absolutely not a fit for me. It's not about getting used to it, either. It's not *that* complex. I'm also pretty sure I've figured out my plan: there's a deal on Bethesda-only pricing (8 classes/month for $199), which I'll buy and then supplement with off-peak as needed. I'll really miss one of my WW regulars, but I think this will be workable. I may add in a bit of lifting, too. -OP
Who's your favorite Wildwood coach? A number of my faves left.
It depends on when you can go. Adina, Liana, Ryan, Bethann all coach there and are all terrific (if somewhat different in style). Anne is great, too. Katherine (although I feel like her classes are very core focused, and I prefer more variety--but she's awesome). Who left that you really liked?
Oh! That's exactly what I like! Nothing frustrates me more than bicep silliness. Sometimes I feel like a lot of the arm work can be done at the gym or home. Core is where it's at! :)
