I'm not either of the PPs.  But, I think it means a lot to the general population.  [b]We live in Silver Spring[/b], and you can absolutely see how our neighborhood has changed over the last 20 years.  Gang crime definitely causes an increase in crime in any area.  Do you think that's not true?  Gangs in schools are not something we want to encourage.  Do you disagree?  What exactly do you think the 'exaggeration' is?
